RECITALS
All recitals for the 2020-2021 season will be online. Please carefully read the video submission recitals below.
Submission deadlines:

NOVEMBER 14, 2020

APRIL 10, 2021
Recital playlists will be available on the IPTG YouTube channel.
Recording Guidelines:
-
Recordings must be made within 10 days of submission.

Record in any space with good natural acoustics, with or without an audience.

Performers should dress professionally, as they would for a live recital.
-
The camera should record from a fixed position. The performer's hands must be visible, and memorization should be evident.

Videos must be unedited.
Recording Content:
-
At the beginning of the recording, the performer should announce the following:
-
Name
-
Title of piece
-
Composer
-
If performing more than one piece, announce all pieces in performance order at the beginning of the recording.

All solos must be memorized.
Upload Guidelines:
-
Upload your video to your personal YouTube account.
-
In the Privacy Settings, select “Unlisted” and disable the “Content for Children” option. Do NOT select “Private.”
-
Title the video as follows: “Performer Name, student of Teacher Name.”
-
Add the Title and Composer of each piece performed to the video description.
-
Once the upload is finished, copy and paste the video link into your recital registration form.
ENTRY GUIDELINES

Teachers must be Active Members for their students to participate
-
Each teacher is limited to 10 minutes
-
Entry fee is $5 per student
-
Solos must be performed from memory
